Eco: full server settings and exclusive Drooft mods
Published on Sept. 28, 2026

Eco Global Survival gets a major upgrade on Drooft: almost every server setting can now be changed from the website, without ever opening a configuration file. And, exclusively, four mods made by Drooft can be switched on in one click to bring your world's economy to life.

Your world, your way. Choose the map size, the share of land and ocean, the number of continents, islands, lakes and rivers, and how biomes are spread out (balanced, desert, nordic, tropical or fully custom). The meteor can be turned off, or set to arrive sooner or later.

Progression that fits your group. A single "Collaboration" choice sets experience, specialty costs and crafting costs at once, based on how many players you expect: from 1–3 players up to 30 or more. Every value can then be fine-tuned one by one.

All the new Eco settings:

  • World: size, seed, continents, islands, lakes, rivers, biomes, meteor
  • Progression: experience, specialties, stars, crafting cost, stack size, item weight
  • Automatic catch-up for players who join mid-game
  • Environment: plant growth speed, food shelf life, pollution, animal behavior, day length
  • Capacity of each shovel (wooden, iron, steel, modern)
  • Daily playtime limit, so no one outpaces everyone else by playing non-stop
  • Administrators, whitelist and banned players
  • How your server looks in Eco's server list: colored name, description, Discord link, category and language
  • In-game automatic backups
  • mod.io mods, just by entering their IDs

Four Drooft mods, one click away. Nothing to download or install: tick the box on your server page and the mod is set up on the next start.

  • Single currency: one currency for the whole server that nobody can mint, with a starting amount given to every player
  • Shop prices: items can no longer be sold below what they really cost to make, nor at absurd prices. You can set the price of each resource yourself
  • Wealth tax: a bracket-based tax, collected at unpredictable times from the richest players, then shared among the others
  • Block history: who dug, built, cut down or harvested here, and when? Aim at a block in game and type /traces bloc. Perfect for finding out who wrecked the place
