Romestead is coming to Drooft Game Hosting!
Released in Early Access in May 2026, Romestead drops you into a world inspired by ancient Rome: fight hordes of the undead, found settlements, restore the worship of the Roman gods, or peacefully farm your land, solo or with up to 8 players.
With a Drooft dedicated server, your world stays online at all times: everyone can join whenever they like, even when the others are away.
Choose your world. Three sizes (Small, Standard, Large) and a seed to get a specific world. These settings are locked as soon as the world is created, and become editable again after a reinstall. Plan for 8 GB of RAM for a large world.
Always a clean shutdown. When stopping, Drooft asks the server to save before shutting down: you don't lose your progress. And renaming your server doesn't switch worlds: the world name is kept.
