How to get your Strange Cloud Token on Eco Global Survival

The Strange Cloud Token (also called "User Token" or "SLG Server Authentication Token") is a token tied to your Strange Loop Games / Eco account. Since update 11 of the game, it is required for a dedicated Eco server to start and correctly authenticate with Strange Cloud.

Step 1: Go to your Eco account page

Log in (or create an account, via "Login with Steam" if you already own the game) on the official page: https://play.eco/account.

Step 2: Generate the token

On your account page, go to the "Server Authentication" section, then click the button to generate a token.

Step 3: Retrieve the token

Once generated, copy the displayed token in full and paste it into the "Strange Cloud Token" field of your server, on your Eco Global Survival server's administration page.

Best practices

• Avoid sharing your Strange Cloud Token publicly.
• You can generate a new one at any time from the same account page.
