How to report a bug?
To help us resolve issues efficiently, here are some tips for reporting a bug:
- Be specific: Describe the bug in detail. What steps did you take before encountering the issue? What was the expected result and what was the actual result?
- Screenshot: If possible, attach a screenshot of the issue (imgbb.com, etc.). This can greatly help our technical team understand the situation.
- Browser and Device: Indicate the browser you are using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and the type of device (computer, tablet, smartphone) on which you encountered the bug.
- Frequency: Mention whether the bug occurs sporadically or is constant.
